01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by winnox. By accessing or using the winnox platform in any form, you automatically agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and all other relevant guidelines we may publish from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the winnox platform immediately. Continued use following any notified amendment constitutes full acceptance of those changes without condition.

02 Account Eligibility

To use winnox services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using the platform:

• Not listed on any self-exclusion or betting prohibition list enforced by any relevant body.

03 Registration & KYC Verification

08 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your Winnox account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or bonuses will be automatically forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Winnox reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

10 Terms Amendment & Governing Law
